A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to manage and support a range of commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate B2B commercial sales contracts and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and service contracts
- Create and maintain standardized contract templates to streamline operations and support subscription-based contracts tied to ARR/MRR models
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance contract efficiencies and provide operational support to the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field (Paralegal certification or JD a plus)
- Minimum three to six years' experience in contract management, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industry
- Proficiency in contract creation, negotiation, and administration processes
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools or tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, Conga)
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
