Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide primary support to executive-level roles and manage office workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal secretarial support to the Senior Vice Chancellor and Chief Legal Officer and the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Policy Development and Management
- Prepare a variety of documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondences
- Manage executives' calendars and act as the primary liaison for scheduling matters with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- No prior experience required
- Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education and/or experience requirement
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Highly organized and self-motivated
