Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Complaint Management Oversight Program ensuring accurate intake, tracking, and resolution
- Design and execute compliance monitoring activities aligned with regulatory obligations
- Perform quality assurance reviews of AI/ML models related to complaint management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance or regulatory oversight
- Strong background in complaint management and compliance QA
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks (UDAAP, FCRA, etc.)
- Experience evaluating AI/ML models in compliance contexts
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
