Key Responsibilities
- Produce and amend correspondence, documents, and reports while ensuring adherence to the firm's house style
- Draft client engagement letters and manage calendars, inboxes, travel planning, and scheduling
- Proofread and quality check all work, track time, and collaborate with global stakeholders and team members
Required Qualifications
- Previous legal secretarial or document production experience within a law firm
- Remote working experience is essential
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to reformat documents to meet house style requirements
- First-class organizational and time-management skills
