Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Program Associate II to support client-facing engagements and ensure compliance and effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management of grant portfolios, including budgeting and reporting
- Monitor and reconcile grant expenditures for accurate invoicing and compliance
- Review documents for completeness, prepare reports, and provide administrative support
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial, Audit/Quality Assurance, or similar roles
- Experience managing federal and/or state grants and multi-funder portfolios
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
