• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements and NDAs
• Create, maintain, and improve contract templates and playbooks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal preferred
• 5+ years of experience in contract management
• Deep understanding of SaaS agreements and enterprise customer relationships
• Familiarity with data privacy, IP, and regulatory considerations in SaaS environments
• Proficiency with CLM platforms
