Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to manage the contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with established policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and draft amendments to supplier agreements
  • Peer review department documents for correctness and compliance, and facilitate contract escalations
  • Provide ongoing support to the department, including special projects and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or a paralegal certification
  • 3-5 years of contract administration experience
  • Experience in the staffing industry is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
