Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and draft amendments to supplier agreements
- Peer review department documents for correctness and compliance, and facilitate contract escalations
- Provide ongoing support to the department, including special projects and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or a paralegal certification
- 3-5 years of contract administration experience
- Experience in the staffing industry is preferred
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
