Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Litigation Attorney for the Special Investigations Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Claims/Special Investigation Unit (SIU) to combat fraudulent claims
• Research, prepare, file, and litigate fraud cases, including RICO and other affirmative actions
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate complex matters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• Experience in litigation and investigations related to fraud
• Ability to represent the company in court appearances in State and Federal courts
• Experience with drafting legal documents such as motions and briefs
• Familiarity with arbitration, mediation, and trial processes
