Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal initiatives and drive high-stakes projects to align legal deliverables with corporate goals
• Provide expert counsel to executive leadership on legal matters and regulatory developments to support business growth
• Oversee regulatory filings, litigation strategy, and high-value legal transactions while fostering a culture of legal excellence

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 8+ years of experience in law, particularly in commercial transactions and regulatory compliance
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, and ecommerce is preferred
• Proven track record in overseeing regulatory filings and litigation management
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching junior staff and driving cross-functional collaboration
