A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - U.S. (Commercial Contracts and HR) to provide legal support for commercial functions and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Enhance legal contracting workflows and support strategic initiatives across sales and HR departments
- Advise on compliance issues and provide legal counsel on employee relations and talent acquisition matters
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- 4-8 years of experience in contract law and commercial law, with proficiency in HR-related legal matters
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex Managed Service Provider and Software as a Service (SaaS) contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and HR requests in a fast-paced environment
