Healthcare Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the compliance program and assist with the Privacy Program
• Develop and administer the Compliance Program and Privacy Program in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Lead the Executive Compliance Committee and prepare reports on compliance and privacy activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
• Active compliance certification; CHC, CHPC preferred
• 3 to 7 years relevant experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Experience developing compliance programs and plans is required
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations
