Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Ethics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement compliance and ethics programs, including data privacy, in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and training strategies to promote compliance and ethics awareness
• Conduct risk assessments and provide oversight for compliance monitoring and reporting to executive management and the board

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 15 years of experience in compliance functions within managed care or healthcare services
• 10 years of leadership and people management experience
• Proven ability to influence organizational change and challenge the status quo
• Experience in managing compliance governance activities and preparing Board-level materials
