OFAC Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OFAC Investigator 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations and monitoring of BSA/AML/OFAC
• Process quarterly PEP reviews and assist in the development of OFAC compliance procedures
• Communicate with business lines to gather information and escalate investigations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• At least 1 year of investigative/research experience, focusing on fraud, anti-money laundering, or criminal investigations
• BSA experience and OFAC experience preferred
• Professional certification (i.e. CAMS, CFE) is preferred
• Legal Assistant certification or proficiency in areas of law is a plus
