Commercial Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Paralegal, SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage commercial agreements and maintain a contract database
• Manage privacy program documentation and compliance with privacy laws
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel on legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 2-4+ years in a paralegal or legal operations role, ideally in a SaaS or tech company
• Strong contractual experience with commercial agreements
• Experience managing privacy compliance programs (preferred)
