A company is looking for a Regional Compliance Manager for the Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to compliance inquiries from production staff and internal operations, providing actionable guidance
• Manage compliance support case management processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to regulations
• Analyze compliance trends and contribute to audits and examinations, preparing reports and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in compliance or operations functions within the mortgage industry, including 3 years in risk management or compliance support
• Deep understanding of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage loan manufacturing process
• Expertise in TRID compliance and proficiency in relevant software tools
