Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of the Compliance Management System (CMS) and conduct day-to-day monitoring and review of bank activities
• Maintain knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and engage in compliance-related meetings with Fintech partners
• Support issue management, audit management, and prepare for regulatory exams and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years' banking compliance experience
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, including Reg E, TILA, ECOA, and others
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Eager to learn and achieve proficiency in compliance-related areas
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with high autonomy
