Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel, Rentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the legal point of contact and subject matter expert for the Rentals business, supporting all aspects of the product development lifecycle
• Embed with business partners to provide strategic legal counsel for special projects and key initiatives
• Analyze legislative changes impacting products and draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience as product counsel, preferably in a tech company
• Juris Doctor (JD) with active state bar admission
• Experience with licensing, intellectual property, and commercial agreements
• Experience in marketing, data, and consumer protection laws
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and levels
