Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Claims Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the litigation process for claims to minimize company risk of loss
• Analyze coverage issues, conduct investigations, and evaluate moderately complex claims; may collaborate with outside counsel
• Prepare and draft legal correspondence, maintain claim files, and communicate with various stakeholders regarding claim status

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree or equivalent education/experience
• Licensure to practice law in the applicable state jurisdiction(s)
• 2 years of relevant legal and/or professional experience in insurance claims
