Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to investigate complaints and enhance procedures related to customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of complaints, identifying root causes, and assessing adherence to regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvement in complaint handling, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues in complaint resolution processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field with 2-3+ years of experience in lending institutions
- Comprehensive working knowledge of financial protection laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices in consumer lending
- Strong interest in and understanding of the clean energy financing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with CRM software is preferred, specifically Salesforce
