Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active U.S. state bar membership preferred
• 20+ years of legal experience, including 10+ years in-house counsel leadership in insurance or financial services
• Deep knowledge of state and federal insurance laws and regulatory frameworks
• Strong understanding of public company compliance and corporate governance
• Experience leading ESG strategies and regulatory disclosure frameworks
