Arizona Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide legal counsel on corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support, including interpreting laws and regulations, and negotiating and drafting contracts
• Advise on legal requirements and changes impacting company operations, and provide training to personnel
• Support corporate compliance with policies and applicable laws, and protect the company's legal interests

Required Qualifications

• JD or LLB from an ABA accredited law school
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona
• Five years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Working knowledge of personal computers and word-processing skills
• Interpersonal and professional skills to provide legal services effectively
