Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to support the commercial contract lifecycle
• Lead a team to drive results for operational agreements and corporate initiatives
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• Law Degree and Bar Membership required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business/corporate law and commercial contracts
• Strong team building, leadership, and people management experience
• Experience with contracts lifecycle management tools and leveraging technology for process improvements
• Demonstrated ability to strategize, prioritize, and implement plans effectively
