A company is looking for a Special Counsel - Employment Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employment litigation, including administrative charges and demand letters
- Manage single-plaintiff litigation in state and federal courts
- Oversee case strategy, drafting, and supervision of junior attorneys
Required Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of experience in employment litigation
- Active bar admission in California, Minnesota, Nevada, Washington, or Colorado
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of litigation
- Experience with EPLI matters is a plus
