Ethics and Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key databases and processes, extracting and analyzing data for the global team
• Support the Ethics and Compliance team to streamline practices and improve compliance with processes/policies
• Develop reports, metrics, and dashboards to support team goals and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a risk-related role, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Familiarity with NavEx software - RiskRate and EthicsPoint
• Strong proficiency with computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Comfortable with data analytics and learning new systems
