Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ethics and Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key databases and processes, extracting and analyzing data for the global team
- Support the Ethics and Compliance team to streamline practices and improve compliance with processes/policies
- Develop reports, metrics, and dashboards to support team goals and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a risk-related role, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Familiarity with NavEx software - RiskRate and EthicsPoint
- Strong proficiency with computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Comfortable with data analytics and learning new systems
