Key Responsibilities
- Conduct objective internal investigations regarding allegations of pay discrimination based on gender
- Collect and analyze facts through witness interviews, documentation, and review of company guidelines
- Determine compliance with company guidelines and identify any violations
Required Qualifications
- BA/MA/JD with 6-9 years of experience in handling complex employment investigations
- Substantive knowledge of US federal and state labor and employment laws
- Demonstrated investigation and analytical skills, including handling sensitive information
- Ability to identify risks and propose alternative solutions
- Experience in employment law
