A company is looking for a Senior Investigations Counsel to handle high-risk and fast-moving legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and strategy for investigations, including government and internal investigations
• Supervise external counsel and manage the preservation and collection of relevant data
• Conduct internal investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission and good standing in a state bar
• 15+ years of experience in complex investigations or litigation
• 5+ years of government investigations and enforcement experience
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders on significant legal issues
