Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and develop contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and risk management standards
- Administer contracts from inception through termination, providing consultation and direction to staff and contractors
- Manage the Contract Management System, including record creation, updates, and compliance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, paralegal degree, or Juris Doctorate required
- Four years of contract coordination experience negotiating and administering service contracts
- Experience in soliciting bids and administering complex contracts
- Proficient in Word and Excel, with experience in Smartsheet
- Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively
