A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney to handle insurance defense litigation in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports on relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the relevant state
• Experience or coursework in insurance defense litigation
• Familiarity with legal research tools and resources
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
