Senior Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist (Affordable Housing).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve initial certifications for lease-up communities to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
• Provide customer service and training to onsite team members regarding file processes
• Manage initial lease-up portfolio files, maintain accuracy, and monitor deadlines, reporting to the Compliance Director

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• HCCP and COS designations are required
• Knowledge of HUD programs, including Section 8, Section 236, and Section 42
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
