Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Compliance Program and create employee awareness
• Develop and provide training on compliance-related topics and maintain current knowledge of regulations
• Conduct compliance investigations, audits, and communicate regulatory risks to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance matters
• Certification in healthcare compliance is preferred
• Thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations in healthcare
• Ability to manage responses to government inquiries and audits
