Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Protection Compliance Analyst to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement quality assurance reviews for AI/ML models to detect customer complaints
- Perform compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to banking partner requirements and timely resolution of customer complaints
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPI) related to the Complaint Management Program
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance processes and reporting KPIs
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and consumer protection laws
- Proven experience in drafting compliance procedures and process flows
- Background in training and monitoring AI and ML models
