Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with pro bono volunteers and coordinate their recruitment and onboarding
- Manage litigation volunteers, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and monitoring progress throughout the litigation process
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new pro bono initiatives and publicize efforts and impacts
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with pro bono programs in a legal nonprofit, law firm, or law school
- Ability to cultivate and sustain external partnerships
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Access to a quiet workspace with high-speed internet for remote work
