Senior Associate Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Associate Litigation Counsel to provide leadership and manage litigation matters remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complex litigation strategy and oversee litigation matters for the organization
• Manage and develop a team of litigation professionals and partner with external legal counsel
• Provide legal counsel to executive leadership on litigation risks and regulatory trends

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of litigation and investigation experience, preferably in healthcare law
• Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice to senior executives
• Solid leadership skills with experience managing large teams and outside counsel
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing healthcare
