Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to create privacy-conscious products
• Advise business teams on privacy considerations throughout the customer data lifecycle
• Develop and implement customer data lifecycle policies and drive awareness of data privacy

Required Qualifications

• Necessary qualifications to practice law in the local jurisdiction
• 6+ years of practicing law
• Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.)
• Experience advising on privacy considerations for new products and features
• Knowledge of AI-related laws and biometrics regulations
