A company is looking for a Principal Life Insurance Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements
- Implement monitoring and auditing processes to assess compliance and conduct regular reviews of agent activities
- Investigate compliance violations and collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and recommend corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field
- Master's Degree or Juris Doctor preferred
- 8+ years of insurance compliance experience, preferably in an agency or brokerage environment
- CRCMP, AIRC certificates/designations
