Corporate and Securities Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate and Securities (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws and prepare/review SEC filings
• Advise on executive compensation and assist with investor relations activities
• Collaborate with various departments and support capital markets transactions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school; licensed to practice law in the U.S
• Minimum 7 years of combined experience in-house and/or with a law firm, preferably in biotech or pharmaceuticals
• Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic with excellent judgment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders
