Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to oversee adherence to legal requirements and mitigate risks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews and testing for various laws and regulations
• Generate and communicate compliance findings to relevant stakeholders
• Participate in the maintenance and updating of compliance policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a financial services compliance function
• Banking or lending background preferred
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, Salesforce, and data management tools
• Existing knowledge of consumer financial protection law is ideal
