Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of complex energy contracts and commercial agreements
• Act as a liaison between business teams and legal counsel, guiding negotiations and aligning stakeholder priorities
• Design scalable contracting systems and support market expansion by advising on risk and regulatory pathways

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements in energy or project development
• Legal training or a JD, with fluency in energy contracts and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to align stakeholders and accelerate deal execution
• Knowledge of energy markets and contracting structures
• Experience in creating scalable contracting systems and developing commercially sound terms
