Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Compliance & Chief Privacy Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• React to and investigate reported privacy and ethics allegations
• Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer and Legal Department on privacy matters
• Maintain compliant policies and procedures while supporting the compliance and ethics program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctor preferred or equivalent experience in Privacy and Compliance
• 10+ years of leadership experience in HIPAA Privacy and Corporate Compliance in a complex healthcare setting
• Expert knowledge of HIPAA and state privacy laws
• Demonstrated effective cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize risk and implement compliance initiatives
