Risk and Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Risk / Compliance to join their Corporate Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to ensure compliance levels are met
• Provide education on regulatory compliance to team members
• Conduct regular audits and assist with site visits and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and regulations
• 2+ years experience managing high-volume and complex projects
