Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Advisor, Legal Information and Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute clear materials on immigration law for clients and staff
• Provide training sessions and know your rights sessions for legal staff and clients
• Monitor and ensure up-to-date immigration policy information for legal services delivery

Required Qualifications

• Law degree and member in good standing of any state bar
• 8-10 years of experience in non-profit immigration legal services, with 5 years in asylum and removal defense
• Extensive knowledge of immigration law and procedures
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Fluency in English required
