A company is looking for a VP, Employment and Litigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on multi-jurisdictional employment laws and advise HR professionals on legislative changes
- Manage employment litigation and supervise outside counsel, including responding to administrative agency charges
- Draft employment-related documents and review internal policies for regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Minimum 10 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in-house or with a national/regional law firm
- Experience as a litigator at a national or regional law firm is preferred
- Active license to practice law in at least one state
