A company is looking for a Legal Operations Administrator to provide comprehensive executive administrative support to its in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for the legal team
- Organize and maintain legal department files, track deadlines, and assist with invoices and expense reports
- Coordinate team activities, serve as the point of contact for administrative requests, and support onboarding for new legal team members
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Experience with expense management systems and travel booking preferred
