Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Finance Counsel to assist with the negotiation of a credit agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate a credit agreement for a new line of credit
• Provide legal support related to finance matters
• Work remotely for approximately 20-25 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of experience in finance-related legal matters
• Experience in both firm and in-house legal environments is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Availability for a minimum of three months
