Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel Real Estate Leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, analyze, interpret, and negotiate commercial real estate leases and related agreements
• Review and analyze existing leases for internal projects, including mergers and acquisitions
• Manage lease workflow efficiently and interact professionally with business contacts and the legal team

Required Qualifications

• J.D. Degree from an accredited ABA law school
• At least 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience in a large corporation or law firm
• Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• In-house legal experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing workloads
