Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Officer - US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with title examiners, escrow officers, and processing teams for seamless transaction workflows
• Identify and resolve issues affecting title transfer, including unpaid taxes and conflicting ownership claims
• Review title-related documents and make insurability decisions in accordance with underwriting guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate, law, or related field is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the title insurance industry
• In-depth knowledge of Washington State real estate law and title processes
• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, Washington State Title Insurance license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and region-specific title plant software
