Key Responsibilities
- Manage the adjuster licensing process and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Oversee the complaint handling process and conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and assist in the Carrier Audit Process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with state and federal insurance claims regulations
- 3+ years of experience in a property claims organization
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tracking tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
