Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to manage adjuster licensing and complaint handling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the adjuster licensing process and ensure compliance with state requirements
  • Oversee the complaint handling process and conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation and assist in the Carrier Audit Process
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with state and federal insurance claims regulations
  • 3+ years of experience in a property claims organization
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
