Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Client Contract Process, including contract creation and negotiations
- Review and update existing agreement templates to align with service capabilities
- Assist Finance with securitization opportunities and provide guidance on contract terms
Required Qualifications
- Preferred experience in contract management
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior experience with customer, vendor, and government contracts desired
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of legal research tools and confidentiality practices
