A company is looking for a Director, Managing Counsel Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs legal staff and ensures compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of professional legal experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Licensed to practice law
• Complex SaaS contract experience (preferred)
