Contracts Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate proposals, monitor contracts, and support key negotiations
• Resolve multi-faceted contractual/customer issues and ensure compliance with company policies
• Participate in the review and analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify and mitigate contract risks

Required Qualifications

• BA degree + 2-4 years of relevant experience; or Master's/Juris Doctor + 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of various contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, Cost Plus)
• Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for SCI Clearance or possess a Final TS/SCI Clearance
